Our Wines
Our wines are vintages that we vinify and bottle in our cellar and reflect the characteristics of the southwest slope, where we were born and raised.
The wines from the south-west side of Etna are distinguished by a more Mediterranean and mature character.
compared to other areas of the volcano. The vineyards, located between 600 and 900 meters above sea level, and in Biancavilla up to 1,050 meters, benefit from wide temperature ranges but also from greater exposure to the sun, which favors full ripening of the grapes.
In short, it is a territory that combines intensity, roundness and minerality, offering more harmonious and full-bodied wines, but always linked to the typical volcanic imprint of Etna.

Etna Bianco (pure Carricante or with Catarratto): more structured and sunny, with hints of ripe citrus, almond and flint, less sharp in acidity than the whites from the eastern side.
