The marked pedoclimatic vocation of the south-west side ensures the production of "Superior Quality" wines.

Therefore, our mission is to produce excellent wines with grapes from native Etna vines (Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccino, Carricante) and from vineyards located on the southwest slope of Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, in the Biancavilla DOC area in the Montalto district.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 850-950 m above sea level, placed on terraces given the 25% slope.

The sharp temperature range and the consistently breezy, dry microclimate, favored by sirocco winds, give our grapes a natural defense against pathogens.

Naturally healthy grapes mean that many sulphites are not required in winemaking, contributing to the goodness and naturalness of our wines.
